Site'yi yasa dışı veya bu Koşullar tarafından yasaklanmış herhangi bir amaç için kullanamazsınız. Site'yi kullanarak bu Koşulları tamamen kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz. Bu Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, Site'yi kullanmayı derhal bırakmalısınız.
Third-Party Marketplaces Takalike products can only be sold on your own e-commerce site. Sales on open marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and similar are not permitted. The original suppliers of the products are not authorized for sales on platforms other than your own store.
Product Descriptions and Site Content Takalike is a platform that connects e-commerce stores to individual suppliers. Therefore, it does not accept responsibility for any financial, legal or other damages that may arise from the use of suppliers' products. Takalike users must decide which suppliers are suitable for them. Additionally, Takalike does not assume financial responsibilities arising from faulty or non-compliant products. This responsibility belongs entirely to the suppliers.
Takalike, mümkün olduğunca doğru içerik sunmaya çalışsa da, Site'deki ürün açıklamalarının veya diğer içeriklerin doğru, eksiksiz, güncel veya hatasız olduğunu garanti etmez. Site'deki tüm içerikler yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve herhangi bir tavsiye olarak değerlendirilmemelidir. Ürün açıklamalarının çoğu doğrudan tedarikçilerden alınmaktadır.
Usage Changes Takalike reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently modify or remove the Site or any part thereof without prior notice. We may also limit certain features of the Site or restrict your access in whole or in part. Takalike, its managers, employees, suppliers or business partners cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such changes or removals.
Product Stock Status and Conditions Site'de listelenen ürünlerin (“Ürünler”) stok durumu önceden haber verilmeksizin değiştirilebilir. Bir Ürün’ün sipariş verilmiş ve ödeme yapılmış olsa bile satın alınabilir olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Takalike does not manufacture, package, store or ship the listed products. No warranty is given regarding the merchantability, consumability or fitness for a particular purpose of the products. All responsibility regarding the safety and suitability of the products belongs to the users. p>
Subscription Fees and Refunds Takalike subscription fees can be refunded on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days from the payment date and no sales have been made through the account.
Refunds Takalike does not manufacture, package or ship products. Therefore, the return policy for each product depends on the relevant supplier.
Satın alınan bir ürünün temin edilememesi durumunda, ilgili tedarikçiden bir alternatif ürün veya tam iade talep edebiliriz. Hatalı, hasarlı veya yanlış paketlenmiş bir üründen memnun kalmazsanız, Takalike tedarikçi ile iletişime geçerek size alternatif bir ürün veya tam iade sunabilir. Tüm şikâyetler, fotoğraf kanıtı ile birlikte e-posta yoluyla Takalike'ye bildirilmelidir, ancak iade politikası ilgili tedarikçinin kurallarına tabidir.
Proprietary Rights Kullanıcı İçeriği (aşağıda tanımlandığı gibi) hariç olmak üzere, Site’nin tüm tasarım, metin, grafikler, yazılımlar ve kaynak kodları dahil olmak üzere tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Takalike’ye aittir veya lisanslı olarak kullanılmaktadır.
Permitted Use The Site is provided for your legal and personal use only. Use other than for the purposes expressly stated in these Terms or contrary to applicable laws is strictly prohibited. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
User Content Takalike, kullanıcıların yorum, fikir, öneri veya diğer içerikleri paylaşmasına izin verebilir. Kullanıcı İçeriği’nden yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Yasa dışı, müstehcen, tehdit edici, hakaret içeren, gizliliği ihlal eden veya fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşmak yasaktır. Takalike’ye sunduğunuz herhangi bir içeriğin orijinal olduğunu ve başka bir tarafın haklarını ihlal etmediğini beyan edersiniz.

Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the relevant provision will be removed and the remaining terms will remain in effect.
Applicable Law These Terms shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the parties accept the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
Changes Takalike reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If a change is significant, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
