www.takalike.comAbout Usewww.takalike.com and your access to and use of the Takalike mobile application software (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Site") is subject to these Terms of Use ("Terms") determined by Takalike ("Takalike", "we" or "us"). You may not use the Site for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. By using the Site, you represent that you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site.
Third-Party Marketplaces Takalike products can only be sold on your own e-commerce site. Sales on open marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and similar are not permitted. The original suppliers of the products are not authorized for sales on platforms other than your own store.
Product Descriptions and Site Content Takalike is a platform that connects e-commerce stores to individual suppliers. Therefore, it does not accept responsibility for any financial, legal or other damages that may arise from the use of suppliers' products. Takalike users must decide which suppliers are suitable for them. Additionally, Takalike does not assume financial responsibilities arising from faulty or non-compliant products. This responsibility belongs entirely to the suppliers.
Although Takalike tries to provide as accurate content as possible, it does not guarantee that the product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, current or error-free. All content on the Site is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as any advice. Most product descriptions are taken directly from suppliers.
Usage Changes Takalike reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently modify or remove the Site or any part thereof without prior notice. We may also limit certain features of the Site or restrict your access in whole or in part. Takalike, its managers, employees, suppliers or business partners cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such changes or removals.
Product Stock Status and Conditions The stock status of the products ("Products") listed on the Site may be changed without prior notice. We do not guarantee that a Product will be available for purchase even if it has been ordered and paid for.
Takalike does not manufacture, package, store or ship the listed products. No warranty is given regarding the merchantability, consumability or fitness for a particular purpose of the products. All responsibility regarding the safety and suitability of the products belongs to the users.
Subscription Fees and Refunds Takalike subscription fees can be refunded on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days from the payment date and no sales have been made through the account.
Refunds Takalike does not manufacture, package or ship products. Therefore, the return policy for each product depends on the relevant supplier.
In the event that a purchased product cannot be supplied, we may request an alternative product or a full refund from the relevant supplier. If you are not satisfied with a faulty, damaged or incorrectly packaged product, Takalike may contact the supplier and offer you an alternative product or a full refund. All complaints must be reported to Takalike via email with photographic proof, but the return policy is subject to the relevant supplier's rules.
Proprietary Rights Except for User Content (as defined below), all intellectual property rights of the Site, including all designs, texts, graphics, software and source codes, belong to or are licensed to Takalike.
Permitted Use The Site is provided for your legal and personal use only. Use other than for the purposes expressly stated in these Terms or contrary to applicable laws is strictly prohibited. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
User Content Takalike may allow users to share comments, ideas, suggestions or other content. You are solely responsible for User Content. Sharing content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, insulting, privacy-violating or infringing intellectual property rights is prohibited. You represent that any content you submit to Takalike is original and does not infringe the rights of any other party.
Links to Other Websites The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not controlled by Takalike. Takalike is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of these sites. We recommend that you carefully read the terms of use and privacy policies of third-party sites you visit.
Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability The Site is provided as is and as available. Takalike does not warrant that the Site is error-free, uninterrupted or secure. Takalike cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages such as any loss, data loss, business loss or loss of profit arising from your use of the Site.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Takalike, its managers, employees and business partners for any claims, damages, legal costs or other expenses that may arise as a result of your use of the Site.
Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the relevant provision will be removed and the remaining terms will remain in effect.
Applicable Law These Terms shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the parties accept the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
Changes Takalike reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If a change is significant, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
