Under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation, we inform you as data controller.

2. Personal data processed
Your identity and contact details (name, e-mail, phone, city), customer transaction details (membership, package, order and support requests), transaction security details (IP address, login records, device and browser information) and, if you give consent, your marketing preferences are processed. Your card details are passed to the payment institution and are not stored on Takalike servers.
3. Purposes
Carrying out membership procedures, providing the digital subscription package and collecting payment, answering support requests, communication, ensuring information security, improving the service, sending campaign and information messages if you give consent, and fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Under Article 5(2) of the Law: it being necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, it being mandatory for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Your explicit consent for marketing messages and non-essential cookies.
5. Parties to whom data is transferred
Personal data may be transferred, limited to the processing purpose, to the payment institution (PayTR), hosting, cloud and information technology service providers, e-mail and messaging service providers, analytics and advertising service providers (only if you give consent), accounting and legal advisers, and public authorities legally authorized to request it. If our service providers' servers are located abroad, the transfer is made in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.
6. Collection method
Your personal data is collected electronically by automatic or partially automatic means through the forms on our website and panel, membership and order screens, e-mail and support requests, and cookies and similar technologies.
7. Retention period
Personal data is kept for the period required by the processing purpose and provided by the relevant legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights under Article 11
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems; and to request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
9. Right to apply
To exercise your rights, you can send your request in writing to the address above or to info@takalike.com. Applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request; if the process requires an extra cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
