This policy summarises the withdrawal and refund conditions for the paid digital subscription packages offered by TAKALİKE E-TİCARET VE TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Details are in the Distance Sales Agreement.
1. Right of withdrawal
In distance contracts, the consumer may use the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. In service contracts this period starts on the date the contract is concluded.
2. Services performed immediately in electronic form
Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services performed immediately in an electronic environment. The digital subscription package is of this kind; this is stated in the order before payment and you accept it by confirming the order.
3. Requests
For cases such as duplicate or erroneous charges, you can send your refund request to info@takalike.com or via the contact page. Stating your name, e-mail address and payment date speeds up the process.
4. Assessment
Requests are reviewed and the result is sent by e-mail.
5. Process
Approved refunds are made to the payment method used for the payment, within 14 days at the latest. The bank may need extra time to show the refund in your account.
6. Product returns
Returns of products in your store follow supplier terms and are tracked in the panel.
